Rent Bangor provides property management services for both landlords and tenants. They manage properties for landlords, and also pair tenants with available rentals.

About Rent Bangor

Marsh Property Management has catered to investment property owners and tenants in the Bangor area for over 20 years. We bring over 30 years of direct property management service to our clients and customers.

We’re a husband and wife team who are very involved in our community. In addition to ourselves Marsh Realtors & Marsh Property Management, LLC currently employs five employees to help service our customer’s needs.

Kurtis Marsh is past 9-year President of the Greater Bangor Apartment Owners & Managers Association. Kurtis also held a 10 year Board of Directors position for the Maine Apartment Owners & Managers Association, a statewide non-profit organization, serving in various capacities including Vice President and Treasurer.

Carissa Marsh is a Bangor Breakfast and Brewer Kiwanian, past Bangor Kiwanis fundraising chair, past President of Milford Congregational Ladies’ Aid group, GBAOMA member, Boy Scout committee member, and Realtor with the Bangor Area Board of Realtors.
