Marina

Stockton Harbor Waterfront Development is building a marina in Stockton Harbor that should be completed by the end of 2018. Marina blueprints and slip rental information is available on their site.

Yurts

Beautiful, modernized yurts are available to rent by night. Located right on the harbor with beautiful views and all the amenities you’d expect from a hotel. Queen-sized bed, full bathroom, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, and more!

Restaurant

Stockton Harbor Waterfront Development is building a restaurant and lounge. It will hopefully be completed with the marina in late 2018. The 3,000-6,000 square foot restaurant complex includes a restaurant, a captain’s lounge, a shower, bathroom facilities, and a deck overlooking the harbor. Space will be available for lease. Business opportunities exist to manage the restaurant.
