The Block offers clean, affordable apartments conveniently located near the campus of the University of Maine, Orono campus.

About The Block:
The Block is a locally owned 48-unit townhouse complex located just half a mile from the University of Maine in Orono in a private setting. We consist of eight buildings with six two-bedroom town-houses in each building. Heat, water, sewer, trash removal, two parking spaces in front of your unit, landscaping and plowing are all included! A visitor parking lot is onsite for additional parking.
